The Burj Collection consists of high-quality rugs woven entirely by hand on traditional horizontal looms from 100% natural Lyocell (TENCEL™) fibers. The silky sheen and soft texture of TENCEL™ fiber give the rug an elegant look, while its natural fiber structure makes it an eco-friendly choice. The 6 mm pile height provides a comfortable feel underfoot; the 168,000 knots and 2800 g/m² weight combine dense weave quality with durability. This density creates a plush, sturdy feel underfoot and ensures long-lasting use. The fringed edges complete the elegance of the handcrafted design. This variant is a soft, warm mink shade (Sky Mink).
What Is TENCEL™ (Lyocell)?
TENCEL™ is the brand name for Lyocell fiber, made from wood pulp sourced from sustainably managed forests. The closed-loop process used in production recovers most of the solvent and consumes less water and energy than traditional production. Burj Series TENCEL™ rugs should only be cleaned by professional rug-cleaning companies. Lyocell fibers can be delicate when wet, so washing at home or cleaning with large amounts of water may damage the texture. For this reason, leave deep cleaning to a professional rug-cleaning service to help preserve the rug’s texture and natural sheen for years to come. The fringe can be gently straightened by hand; avoid pulling or wetting it.

Delivery
Once your order is ready, it is handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo and delivered to your door within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Preparation time varies by product; the estimated delivery date for your region is shown on the product page. Every shipment is insured until delivery.
Shipping fee
Shipping is free on orders of 10,000 TL or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 999 TL.
International shipping
Worldwide shipping is handled by DHL Express and is free.

Returns
If your rug isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery through My Account › My Orders by selecting “Request a return.” Once your request is approved, your return code will be sent via WhatsApp. You don’t need to take the rug to a shipping branch — simply call your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to arrange pickup from your address. We cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or a completely different rug, you can request an exchange within 14 days by selecting “Request an exchange.” Your new rug will be sent once we receive the one you returned; shipping is on us. If there’s a price difference, we’ll send you a payment link. If your new choice costs less, the difference will be refunded to your card. Rugs made to custom dimensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
All our rugs come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

When spills occur, timing is critical. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to lift the liquid from the surface by gently blotting only - never rub. Always work in the direction of the rug pile (the fibers’ natural lay). Rubbing can damage the shape of delicate fibers such as TENCEL™ and viscose. If in doubt, stop immediately.
Routine Care and Light Balance
For your weekly cleaning routine, always use vacuum cleaners with low suction power. High-powered upright vacuums and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance natural fibers’ reaction to light and prevent localized tonal differences (fading), we recommend changing your rug’s direction every 2 to 6 months.
The Expert Touch (Professional Cleaning)
Noble fibers such as handwoven TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. These products can irreversibly damage the rug’s silky sheen and structural integrity. For a thorough clean, seek help only from professional rug care centers specializing in natural fibers.
Washing Instructions
The exquisite pieces in the Carpetdocia collections are not suitable for machine washing due to their construction. (Only specific models explicitly labeled “Washable” in their name can be washed in home washing machines using a low-temperature, delicate cycle.)
