Our special production pieces with pre-order status undergo a detailed craftsmanship process as they are woven exclusively for you by skilled hands. The production and delivery process for these works is set to a maximum of 60 days to achieve perfection.

International

All your orders outside Turkey are packaged with the same care and shipped with DHL Express assurance. They are delivered within 1-7 business days to every part of the world, especially the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates), Europe, the United States, and Canada. All customs duties and import fees are covered by Carpetdocia, and no additional payment is requested at your door. The customs clearance process may add a few business days to the delivery time depending on the regulations of the destination country. For our special production works with pre-order status, the production and delivery process, including international shipping, is planned to be a maximum of 60 days.

Unconditional and Self-Service Returns

If the piece you chose does not perfectly harmonize with your living space, we absolutely do not let the process tire you. Within 14 days from the date you receive your product, you can create your return code with a single click through our advanced self-service return system without waiting on call centers and easily send it back to us. At Carpetdocia, the priority is for you to experience flawless trust from the moment of order to delivery and beyond.

International

Your 14-day return right also applies to international orders. Within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you can create your return request through our self-service system and complete the entire process effortlessly with the guidance of our team. For international returns, the return shipment is made with a DHL return label prepared by our team for you. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount. The returned piece must be unused and in its original packaging for a smooth refund process. Customs clearance and return shipping times may extend by a few business days depending on your country.

Our pre-order and special production pieces are excluded from the return policy as they are woven exclusively for you.

Immediate Action and Liquid Contact
Timing is the most critical factor in case of possible liquid spills. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to gently blot the liquid from the surface without rubbing. Always perform this action in the direction of the carpet’s nap (the natural lay of the fibers). Rubbing can damage the shape of delicate fibers like TENCEL™ and viscose. Stop the intervention immediately if you have any doubts.

Routine Care and Light Balance
Always prefer vacuum cleaners with low suction power in your weekly cleaning routine. High-powered upright vacuums and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance the reaction of natural fibers to light and prevent regional tone differences (fading), we recommend rotating your carpet every 2 to 6 months.

Expert Touch (Professional Cleaning)
Noble textures such as handwoven, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. These products can irreversibly damage the carpet’s silky shine and structural integrity. For deep cleansing, seek support only from professional carpet care centers specialized in natural fibers.

Washing Instructions
Delicate pieces in the Carpetdocia collections are not suitable for machine washing due to their structure. (Only specific models clearly labeled "Washable" in their name can be washed in household machines on a low heat and delicate cycle.)
